Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order such as sending the wrong product, please email us at Flavors4wavers@gmail.com. We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost. Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer exchanges or returns once the order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting Flavors4wavers@gmail.com
Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product in your email before returning. Contact us prior to shipping to receive a free return label. You will need to submit photo evidence of damaged products before a return label will be issued to your email.
My package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product, we may be able to offer reshipment depending on your case. We provide the following options:
1. Provide us with a correct shipping address via our email contact and we will reship on our next shipping day.
2. Once we reship an item and it is returned to our warehouse a second time, we will not offer complimentary reshipment again and a refund will not be given.
3. If a second attempt to ship your products is made and returned to our warehouse again, if you wish, you can purchase additional shipping to attempt a third time to deliver your merchandise. Please communicate that via email.
Package lost, stolen or damaged?
Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen you must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
If you did not put in your correct shipping address, we will wait for your package to be returned to us. You will be contacted via email.
